  • Account registration: When you create an account (facility owners), we collect your name and email address.
  • Google OAuth: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymized page view data, referral sources, and general geographic location (country/region level). No personally identifiable information is included.
  • Session cookies: We use session cookies to keep you logged in. These are essential for authentication and expire when your session ends or after an extended period of inactivity.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To connect families with memory care facilities by forwarding inquiries to facility owners.
  • To allow facility owners to claim and manage their listings.
  • To process subscription payments (via Stripe).
  • To send transactional emails such as lead notifications, verification PINs, and password resets (via Resend).
  • To understand how our site is used so we can improve it (via Vercel Analytics).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

  • Resend — Delivers transactional emails on our behalf.

  • Family inquiries (leads): Stored indefinitely so facility owners can reference them. You may request deletion by emailing us.
  • Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon written request.
  • Session cookies: Expire automatically. You can clear them via your browser settings at any time.

Depending on your location, you may have rights under CCPA (California), GDPR (EU/UK), or other applicable laws, including:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
