This page describes the first version of MemoryCareFind. You do not need an account to browse, and we do not operate a family referral or medical-intake form.

Your shortlist

Saving a community stores its profile identifier in your browser’s local storage. This is not an account and does not synchronize across devices. Remove a community with its heart button, or clear this site’s browser data to remove the shortlist. If browser storage is unavailable, selections may last only for the current page session.

Searches and worksheets

Search terms and filters appear in the page URL and are sent to the website to display results. Use community names, cities, or ZIP codes; do not enter names of residents or medical information. Search URLs may be retained in browser history and technical request logs.

Cost-worksheet entries and checklist selections are held on the page. They are not submitted to us or saved after you leave or reload the page. Printed copies are under your control.

Technical information

The hosting service processes technical request information, which can include IP addresses and request logs, to serve and operate the website. We do not add advertising trackers. Hosting and browser infrastructure have their own retention and security practices.

Website measurement

Optional audience and action measurement is currently disabled. No Vercel Web Analytics script is loaded by this site.

Contacting a community

A phone link opens your device’s calling function. An external website link takes you to the operator’s website. We do not send the operator a family profile or submit a contact form on your behalf. Information you provide directly to another site is subject to that organization’s practices.
